Equipment Engineer
About the Role
Maintain, calibrate, and enhance high-precision semiconductor assembly and test machinery to achieve world-class OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and zero unplanned downtime.
Responsibilities
- Supervise preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory for cleanroom equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting on high-speed wire bonders, pick-and-place tools, and laser markers.
- Partner with equipment vendors on installation, acceptance testing, and tool modifications.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-5 years experience with semiconductor or SMT precision manufacturing equipment.
